Overview:
Stage 1 consists of a three level, $34 million retail, commercial and residential development
More than 3,000sqm of space for waterfront dining, stylish retail shops, cafes, convenience stores, commercial space, and 20 north-east facing waterfront apartments.
The lake front dining will be connected by a pedestrian bridge to ensure a steady flow of people throughout the village.
